I had an annual subscription delivered to home in Johannesburg, but only got delivery for seven months.. When we re-located in September I called them to ask for delivery to new the address in Hoedspruit or where I could pick the paper up in the village. The first time the consultant said she would call me back. Nothing happened. After trying unsuccessfully a few more times I was finally told that they could not find my account details or delivery address on the system. We moved and did not have a phone line so I gave up. Today, 21st January 2012, a woman from Sunday times calls me and asks if I would like to re-new my subscription for delivery at 9 Caversham Hill (which a few months ago apparently did not exist!!) Strange that they suddenly "find me" on the system when they want money out of me. Very disappointing from a company I have supported for years with both the weekly Times and the Sunday edition!
