What addresses in your system?

I have been waiting for my purchased deal for 6 weeks. And called call centre so many times. Lately, they told me that the courier cannot find the address and took parcel back to the factory. I asked what address in their system, they said it was my physical address. I have two addresses with Groupon, one is physical one is delivery address. I chose delivery address as to be delivered when I bought the deal, and now you telling me there is no this optional address in your system. The call centre people keep saying they only have one address in their system which is my physical address, and ask me to make sure for next purchase. That, it's not my problem. First, you given two optional address which us can fill-in and chose to delivery, why don't you just confirm the delivery address initially? Second, you Groupon must fix your problematic system if it's the case? Third, prepare a better to tell if you up.
Now I give the delivery address to the call centre and ask them to delivery it urgently. They said it takes 5 to 7 working days, no urgency they I made. Terrible, terrible services!
