I get 3 magazines from Associated Publishing and the Fair Lady from Media 24. Firstly my magazines from Associated Publishing failed to arrive. I discovered that Associated Publishing had changed from Ramsay Media to On the Dot Their call centre is completely incompetent. They never get back to one, they have no knowledge of what they are dealing with and they even argued with me about my address!! They had changed my address on the system and kept arguing that they had the right address!!! Mind blowing!! And they close the call centre at 4pm. I am still waiting for my February Marie Claire to be delivered I have contacted Associated Publishing directly as i don't wish to deal with on the dot but there's still no joy. Media 24 agreed to change the delivery of my Fair Lady magazine back to postage, as I never had problems receiving it via the post office. It never arrived courtesy of On the Dot, which I was horrified to discover is now handling their deliveries too. The February edition arrived in the post and it's a miracle that I received it as on the dot had completely changed my address and the address is written the way one would in Afrikaans! For an English publication!!
