We subscribed to Financial Mail. New subscription to begin October 2013. Subscription number 6562366.
Second week into Oct and still no delivery, 3rd week after calling them, I had a delivery of outstanding magazines (old) plus new magazine, next week delivery made. Then two weeks non delivery, following week, old magazines plus new one delivered. two weeks on and non delivery. Every time a delivery is not made, I phone in, Customer care, say they will escalate the problem and get back to me... this is NEVER DONE.
I can never get to speak to a manager as I am always told they are in meetings (this has happened on the 3 occassions that I have asked to speak to one). Then I am told I will get a call back. Does not happen.
How do I resolve this issue??? Do people these days, really not care about service?
