Media 24 wont delive

I subscribed at Media 24 middle of last year for Finweek for 12 months and the payment was collected from my credit card immediately. I have been waiting now more than seven months but despite requests for delivery still not one magazine delivered.

When I enquired it took them weeks to come back to me and tell me ttat they will only give me credit for 8 weeks and that i must forget about the first six months that I paid for without any magazines delivered.

I am a subscriber to other magazines with Media 24 as well but would never renew a subscription again.

Be warned, their service is excellent when you subscribe but it is not backed with any service at all. This is the second time that I had this experience with Media 24
