We must stand up for our rights

My wife, bought a car on the sms number _1years ago for the adverts saying drive a car for 699.95 a month.we were happy with the service and we had the 2000km 5 picture plan .they constantly e-mailed us and said we were losing thousands apparently we should switch to the other plan. We did eventually do so and the conversation we had was apparently recorded, we specifically asked if we can swap back if we don't get paid, the consultant then said yes but only after a year. we are very confused and frustrated . it has been one year and guess what not a single person bought a car on our special e-code .we called and wanted to change, now all of a sudden we can not. the service is and phoning them to complain is a waste of time. We were told when we first signed the contract that we can change monthly and that we will receive the recording. The staff is incompetent and very sales agent has a different story. They did get back to us via e-mail. We were told they will send the recordings. If the issue is not sorted we will go to the consumer counsel and seek legal advise. All we want is to get back to our original contract. Send the recordings
