Just received a telephone Bill for the month of September, to my surprise I been charged for the ff account Number 00111716502521 and 0011171650451 which I believe were activate on the 19/06/2013 without my approval. Consultant by the name of Lee was unable to play the recording of this particular transaction. Then I asked him to reverse the amount which has been levied on my account. He has informed me that he is unable to do that, he need to listen to the recoding then make up his mind if he can reverse them, with so much arrogance forgetting I am a victim here.
I asked to speak to the manager for the Contact Centre. I was placed on Hold for 14:09m only to be told she is busy on another call. Would I like to hold or call back later later.
My biggest concern I the above mentioned account have been registered to Shobane Waste Management Services according to the telephone conversation I had with Lee. I further provided Him with the following Account Number Trudon ref 16952633 which I get invoice for and I pay for. Account registered to the correct company name Hlobane Waste Management Services.
I am tired on being billed incorrectly.
