Trudon, Publishers Of The Yellow Pages
Misleading and unethical sales

I feel that Trudon acted unethically and immorally by misleading the consumer to obtain their sales.
I contacted Telkom on 25 July 2013 and was told that I should contact Trudon directly regarding unknown charges to our business account, which are directory entry charges under the heading Contracts. I then contacted Trudon. (Why is it on Telkoms account!!)???
After listening to the playback recording I would like to point out that at no point in the conversation were we informed that this was a contract for 12 months or that this was something separate to the Telkom white pages and billed separately or that they were a separate company from Telkom. I felt that the Trudon saleslady misled and immorally obtained the sales. We were also not informed that should we wish to terminate your services we should call any given number.
We have no contact details whatsoever for your company and received no hard copy contract.
NO CONTRACT was signed. No contract was entered into. I request that this fee and all further fees from Trudon been reversed and refunded with immediate effect.
