We received our Telephone account for April 2013, and there was an amount for R8945 billed to our account for a web contract. I then phoned Telkom to enquire about this amount, and was told that I need to phone Trudon, as this is for their account.
I then phoned them, and was told that this contract was actually not ours but was a Security company's marketing that was billed on our account, and that they can't just take it off our account but they'll have to first investigate this.
Now I received a sms's from Telkom, if we don't pay the full amount they will suspend our services.
I don't see the need for any investigation, as this is not for our account.
