Trudon, Publishers Of The Yellow Pages
Being charged for a service I never asked for

In 2012 I got a call for Trudon (yellow pages) about my adds. I told the guy on the phone that I never asked for the service he then told me that not to worry it come off my telkom account.

I dont have a telkom account!

At the end of 2012 I mailed Thoko and said that I didnt ask for this service and she sent me a recording of the phone call.

On the recording I say loud and clear I never asked for this service!!!

I sent a mail back to Thoko and said have you hear the recording? Nothing not even a word back!!!

I just received a new invoice for R 7000.00 well I think this needs to go legal now I cant take it any more.
