Have tried to download Roberts multimedia to Samsung tablet to no avail, emailed Deseree who informed me that there are 100s downloaded daily, not realising that she had emailed my stepdaughter previously last week informing her that there is a problem, I wasted a lot of my time as well as paying an IT consultant who also could not download the programme. Thank you for your honesty sarcasm.
