I have been using them for the last 6 years and I never had any problems until now. It seems that you can't even download much these days even if you have a 10M uncap line. I used them when I had a 4M line and I even downloaded up to 800Gig for one month and had no problems, now I have a 10M line and could not even get up to 300G without being managed. When you are managed, then you're download speed is down scaled by 4, so for a 10M line, that means you can only download up to 1/4 of the speed your line can manage. I used to download more than 80G in 24 hours which is not really much if you are trying to test software for the market and now have to tell my clients, sorry, but I could not test the software as my download speed is to low, they will laugh at you. Really, this is what is happening to companies that get to big and selling to many and now have to scale down on their clients. I seriously are looking out for another ISP as they've become unreliable at all. So before you choose to make use of them, think again, as this will be a waste of time and money. I will change my ISP for sure!
