On two occations this month alone, I have downloaded contents after midnight and only to discover in the morning that my day data has been depleted and my account has went over the limit. On the 10 August 2013 at 00;03 I started to download contents via night owl data bundle, but only to discover in the morning that my day data bundles have been depleted, on both my cellphone and tablet, this is not the first time something like this happens, not only do we have have to pay exuberant amounts for data we also get to be rip off by the so called networks. I bought ad hoc data bundles to avoid the out of bundle extremely expensive cost of data.
Now again the same thing happens, this time is enough Vodacom I need a proper explanation cause both my devices are set on network time so when the time says 12:05 am i believe that is the right time, now on my itemised billing it indicates that the downloads happened on the 09 August at 23;59 but the download took fours hours to complete which means that I have started the downlaod at 21;00 hours which is a lie. My service provider Nashuamobiles says the have no control on the billing system as it on vodacom network, Im really tired of this.
