On Friday March, 22 I subscribed and fully paid for a year to Sunday Times and The Times at a Decorex show in Durban. My credit card was debited on Monday March, 25. Bad and erratic delivery caused me to cancel the subscription within the cooling off period on April, 3. On Monday April, 8 I was advised that I have to supply my banking details. I did supply my banking details. Unilaterally I was advised "Our cancellation and refunds takes 21 working days." My credit card was debited right after the weekend. On May, 7 I sent them an e-mail advising that the 21 working days will expire on May, 8. Until now no refund was made.
