I was mis-sold the product in March 2012. the consultant advised me that I would receive a refund upon cancellation. I called up the call centre to cancel to which they agreed I was mis-sold and advised that they will refund me. I cancelled the policy on the 10th April 2013 - I was advised the cancellation process takes 21 working days so I waited. after the period I requested cancellation confirmation and the amount that was refunded. Dentdoctor failed to provide me with this. also I am still been debited the additional R70 for the dentdoctor - if it was cancelled why am I still being charged for it?
