In JUNE I was contacted about a contract for the yellow pages/ white pages advert. A confirmation of the contract was sent by email dated 21 June for the amount of R338.58 incl vat. No written / verbal confirmation was given to the supplier in question at the time or late. On my December telkom account the amount of R473.00 incl vat appeared on my account and when enquired thro telkom the charge I was informed this was done by Trudon. I then sent an email on the 15th to Trudon to query this charge and then again on the 29th December and still awaiting a reply. I requested that due to no written/ verbal confirmation this was to be cancelled and the amount refunded
