For about the past 3-4 magazines received for both subscriptions of Good Housekeeping mag I and my friend (who i have a subscription for) have NOT received any of the items included in the exact same mag that is present at the retailers! I would like to know why having paid a year in advance we have both not received a single item when the same in store mags have gifts?
