Had a problem with them last year where the phoned my shop assistant and they said to her they going to put the number in the phone book. They never told her about the monthly fee. I phoned them and we listened to the tape and nowhere did they mention an amount. So they credit and 4 months later it started again. I don't pay that money every month and that means my account is arrears with Telkom. I have send mail and they just don't care. If Telkom cuts of my phone I will just cancel the line and we can work with cell phones. Ref # 0016220892123 on Telkom account
