Very pour service

I signed a contract with Trudon for electronic yellow pages affective 01/07/2012 and have not been billed i did phone every week asking for a invoice since i did not receive anything the response was don't worry by there rep Selvan Naik that came to sign the contract. November they put the charges on my Telkom account and my business line was cut 2 times after a fight the line was restored i have been emailing Joan every week for a final invoice, since i cancelled this contract in November so she had to invoice from 01/7/12 to 01/01/13 since i needed to give a months notice. I have not received a invoice only emails telling me i cannot cancel. I think Trudon service is terrible i had a problem 2 years ago as well. Now i once again have a extra amount of R672 on my Telkom account and cant get a response what it is for. I think it is pour that we signed the contract in June and after asking them to invoice and negligence on their part i am now sitting with the problem dealing with incompetent people.
