Why does Tomtom Map update total charges vary from invoice to actual credit card charges? i've got 3 orders with varying prices.
10/1/13 - EU2013-0114008 - tomtom charge R548.51 ; credit card charge R646.49
8/4/13 - EU2013-0362356 - tomtom charge R705.21 ; credit card charge R874.95
22/4/13 - EU2013-0411075 - tomtom charge R1282.91 ; credit card charge R1630.79
The price differences are 18%, 24% and 27% - Surely Euro/South african rand costs are calculated in the official invoice and final charge? I have emailed them, phoned them all stating they would come back to me - guess what ; no reply at all. Unless this is sorted i am going to halt all TomTom sales in my corporate environment with immediate effect and route sales to Garmin!!!
