I recently purchased a european map for my tomtom device as I was travelling to Germany.
The map was advertised R 689, 95, - on their website. i proceeded to pay online via credit card.
When I received my credit card statement I noticed that TomTom had deducted R 931, 13, -
That's 35% more than advertised. I queried with them and wanted to get the difference in price refunded.
They refused to pay me as they claim they have a no-refund policy. They offered me some vouchers or map update services which I didn't want/ need. Nothing has happened since. VERY BAD RIP-OFF - DON"T BY ANY TOMTOM PRODUCTS.
