Amount taken off credit card different to invoice

On 13 January 2013 I purchased on the internet a TOMTOM upgrade as per the web site offer of R479.91. I received an invoice in Euro with an exchange rate and VAT for a total of R479.91. The invoice number is EU2013-0051765. The problem is TOMTOM debited my credit card on the same day for R588.23. Furthermore the maps were not updated. I have complained on the TOMTOM web site but they claim they have the right to change the amount based on costs. This is a violation of the CPA and is tantamount to. This is my last attempt to get the transaction reversed before asking the bank to blacklist sales on the TOMTOM web site.
