Cannot make a backup

The TomTom Start 20 cannot interface with the MyTomTom Home software like my other product. It is also not available as a Drive on your PC and it appears that making a backup and sharing Favourites etc. is not possible.

No warning on the packaging nor from the sales person. If I new this I would have swapped to another brand. Makes no sense why TomTom went this route.

Potential buyers used to TomTom products take note.
