This company does not know the meaning of service. Bosch SA sent this agent to repair my dishwasher. He came the Monday, charges a call out fee of R399 and would come back Monday a week later to fetch the dishwasher to repair. Well, he did not come back and after calling Bosch came the Wednesday. He promised to deliver the dishwasher on Friday and we even received a sms on the Friday notifying us of the delivery. Of course he did not deliver the dishwasher and only after a call to Bosch again on Tuesday, he delivered the dishwasher on the Wednesday. After his poor track record he demanded payment within 24 hours! Between Bosch and Julian of JW Appliance Specialist they have made sure this is my first, but also last Bosch Appliance!
