JP from bosch confirmed the appliance will be repaired under warranty, thank you for the great service, unfortunately hirschs could not be bothered to keep in informed of where the machine is. I've had to call countless times just to find out what's happening. I actually won't buy another item from them and should have gone directly to bosch. Thanks again Bosch
