I'm officially done with Bosch. To the point that I will NEVER even consider buying even a drill bit with Bosch branding on it ever again. Just prior to Christmas, I got my car back after the third visit it's made for the same issue. Needless to say... It's still broke. I'm not even going to bother explaining what's happened as they know the issue well enough. I will ensure that everyone I know hears about the "service" I've had at Bosch Hillfox and even Robert Bosch themselves as I had to call them myself to follow up on a previous complaint over this issue. I may not know all that many ppl but the ones I do know, know ppl too and word will be spread and ppl will know to stay as far away from Bosch service as they can. You should be ashamed Bosch Hillfox. I'd go so far as to say that if it's possible to lose your franchise Mr. Bosch Hillfox owner then you certainly should. You'd be better suited working out of someone's garage in Lens...
