I received a new Bosch Dishwasher as a gift in 2005. It was in storage until March 2013 when I started using it.By the fifth wash the dishwasher smelled like burning and did not finish the cycle. I reported to Bosch which sent an agent which cost R399 to tell us that his bakkie is broken and he will only come the next Monday. He only came out the next Wednesday after I complained to Bosch. We received a sms last Friday that they would deliver the dishwasher - It is already Monday and I have not received my dishwasher back. The reason for the dishwasher not working after the fifth wash also sounds like a fairytale story. This is my first Bosch appliance and also the last. This is the worst service I have ever received from any supplier. At this moment in time I think it is better to buy a new Defy dishwasher which will only cost R500 more than what I have to pay for the Bosch to be repaired and then I will at least have a 2 year guarantee again and SERVICE if anything goes wrong!
