Samsung dishwasher nightmare

August 2013: I sent my Samsung dishwasher in for repairs to Samsung agents, they took several days just to get me the quote, I then gave them the go ahead. Waited for more than a week for the work to be done. I have paid the full fee of R1236.90 into their account yesterday, and they promised to deliver the dishwasher today to me. However, because their 'system' is down, they cannot see that my money is in their account, and this now means they will not deliver my dishwasher back... indefinitely!!!

And they are not answering their phones. I have tried calling TM electronics, no answer, i have tried calling Samsung head office to speak to the MD and explain my predicament. The telephone receptionist conveniently cut my call off every time I dialled, refused to give me the MD's name. Come on Samsung! When you have shocking service like this, at least make an effort to help your customers. My whole kitchen is full of samsung appliances - I dread the day the next appliance breaks down.

Just because your system is down means i am now being penalised, and without my dishwasher for how much longer?!!! August 2013 - cannot change date on Hello Pete
