Delayed delivery without notification

Aid for a nappy bag which reflected that it was in stock on their website. Was promised that the parcel will be delivered within 7-15 days. Only to call 18 days later to be told it would be delivered the following day. The day passed and only when i call to be told that the supplier overseas has sent the wrong quantity of stock. I don't see why I should be to as their website is misleading saying they have stock whilst they don't. I'm very unhappy.
