I placed an order for all my UINSA books for 2014 with Kalahari when I noticed one book is out of stock and this will delay my delivery with almost 18-days. I phoned Kalahari and spoke to Bradley to organise for two separate package deliveries. One with the books thats immediately available asap, and one for the outstanding out of stock books. He said he organised everything and my first parcel will be delivered Tues. 17 Dec 2013. I phoned FedEx today and they told me Kalahari did not hand them the parcel yet and delivery will be delayed by almost 4 days. Will definitely not order any of my university books with them again and also not encourage any of my colleague students to do so. One of my friends had the exact same issue where Kalahari promised and nothing was done. DISAPPOINTED!
