I have placed 2 orders with [URL Removed] in the past month. The first order was due to be delivered on 3rd january but due to a delay in receiving stock they split it in 2. I was notified the first parcel was dispatched on 19th dec which was great. However I only received it on the 27th dec after following up with the call centre. The second part of the parcel was due to be delivered today. I received no notification of dispatch so i called to follow up yet again. They informed me they dont yet have the stock from the supplier and are unable to give me a delivery date. I understand this is a difficult time of year but dont promise a delivery date and then not deliver and not notify your customer, surely?
I am waiting to see what happens with the next parcel that I ordered and will be interested to see when it is delivered.
I have had service in the past but this is not what I expect from kalahari!
