I purchased office chairs 5/2/2013 via Centurion branch SJ Office Furniture. The chairs were delivered much later than promised and only after I had to phone them twice myself to check when I can expect delivery. 2 weeks after the purchase I noticed that some of the wood on the chairs started chipping off on the one arm of the chair. I contacted the salesperson and he promised to replace the arm. 2 months later and I am still waiting for the arm to be replaced. I went in personally 2 weeks ago and spoke to the salesperson about it. He promised that the arm will be replaced last week. I am still waiting. I also did not receive any e-mail or call to update me on the progress. When I went into the office the salesperson was busy reading a newspaper behind his desk... doesn't seem as if he has a huge work load. A courtesy call and some better after-sales service would have been appreciated.
