False Promise

I went to identity on sunday looking for a specific jacket, they was out of stock but promised that there are alot in stock and gaurannteed us that it will be delivered to the closest store within 3 working days this morning i get an sms and they say its out of stock. This is not right to promise customers that they will get it if there is no stock, we even told the store to call and check where there is stock they said no need to do that because there is a lot of stock and hq will organise it so no need to call.

I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN UNLESS THIS IS SORTED OUT.
