I contacted the customer care dept with regards to a ghd straightner that was not coming on (purchased 15/12/2012 and reg on website for warranty). I faxed the documents requested through to Candice on 17/4/13 at 07h47. Did not receive a response from ghd.
On the website the following appears "Our Customer Care Agent will provide you with a unique ghd reference number and take you through the return process, ensuring we have the details necessary to make your return process as fast and simple as possible." have not received any ref number. After phoning ghd on Thursday 18/4/13 to find out what the next step is, I was told that the courier company would contact me to pick up the ghd. Again on Friday 19/4/13 I phoned Candice to say that I still had not heard from the courier company she said it takes 48hrs and that she would follow it up. Today 22/4/13 still no response - I phoned GHD again and had to leave a message for Candice to find out what is going on.
If it takes this long to pick up the faulty ghd, how long will it take until I receive it back in working order?
I would think the after sales service fromn ghd would be better than this!!
