I usually struggle to get a quick response and efficient service from Intercape Call Center/Reservations. My computer deleted tickets for my client and I urgently needed them as my client lost his. I phoned reservations and Candice answered. She explained that she needs to get authorization to re-send me the tickets but will phone me back (NOW USUALLY THIS NEVER HAPPENS!!) 5 minutes later she phoned me back and emailed me the tickets immediately (WHICH MOST OF THE TIMES TAKES UP TO AN HOUR!) No hassle and great quick response! Well done and thank you Candice for making Travel Agents lives easier :)
