I recently had a challenge with my fridge and searched on the Internet for appliance repairs around the area I stay. I found the address Breggen Appliance and Repairs in Weltevreden park which was the closest. I called them and they were quick to respond and cam to collect my fridge. 2 days later I was called and advised to come and collect the fridge or have someone at home to have it delivered. The fridge worked for 2 days and then the problem came back. I called the office and (Andrew) advised me that they had actually replaced some parts but that they will come and get it checked out. They did come eventually after a few days with a technician who failed to fix it and then they took the fridge again to their offices. I waited for about 4 days and they advised me that they were waiting for some part from Samsung. Eventually the fridge was delivered and to my amusement only worked for about 4 days and the cooling was dead again. This is very frustrating and the fact that I paid the company without any complains but the service I received from them has been very terrible to say the list. all the food I had in my fridge was spoilt twice now. I am very dissapointed :-(
