I am still waiting on Selldirect to collect the phone after they phoned me on Monday saying it will be collected the Tuesday from a courier company. I have had it with this company they are giving wrong numbers to be contacted, I have been phoning 8ta to to get hold of them since Saturday and to date nothing. They log the phone as an OBS and their response, CPA is applicable 5 days and now on top off all they want to charge me for cancellation. Now they are stalling for time and you count come through to them on (021) 0017453 Candice and 021 0017500. This Candice you dialling the number 021 0017453 and cont come through. This is the lady that contacted me on Friday the 15 March and now you count get hold of her. When you phone selldirect it say 1.logistic 2.activate 3.general and i have tried them all and nothing no response.
