NO RESPONSE FROM DHL --- PARCEL SITTING AT CUSTOMS

Good Day

I received a voicemail on my phone on Monday 27th May from Candice at DHL Cape Town, asking me to contact her regarding my shipment. I called back every day, leaving at least 3 messages a day (with my contact details and waybill number) for her to call me back, I only received a call back from her on Friday the 31st May, she told me custom needs some documents from me and asked for my email address. I gave her my email address and asked when she would send the email as I am not always on my email, she told me she would send it straight away. I have since received no email from Candice or anybody from DHL and my parcel is still sitting at customs. I have been trying to get hold of Candice but every time they put me through the phone just rings or I get told she is not at her desk. Can somebody from DHL PLEASE help me and tell me what customs needs before I can get my parcel.
