Problems installing baby car seats

In January 2012 we bought Chelino Veyron Delux car seats for our twins. In April 2012 I tried installing the car seats in my car. The user manual has some diagrams and step-by-step instructions. The problem is that neither were very clear. I took it back to the shop I bought it from and they showed me how to do the installation. I was not happy with the way they did the installation and took a chance to contac Chelino from their website not thinking that anything would happen. A couple of days later I received an e-mail with a set of photos attached that showed clearly that the shop's way of installation was actually dangerous. It is rare these days for a company to have this kind of client service. Thank you Chelino.
