Over the last two days Chelino has deleted negative posts on its Facebook page. This makes their products and customer service seem a lot better than they actually are.
An initial complaint was made to Chelino on Facebook by a customer regarding the way in which she was treated at a Chelino store. She was there to return a defective car seat.
Fellow users posted on the Chelino Facebook page to voice concerns about Chelino Products, highlighting floors, as well as the way in which the customer was treated.
Chelino Admin deleted the thread.

I posted a link the following day to the Chelino Facebook page stating that the first thread was deleted. I also included a link to the complaint on.
Again many users posted concerns regarding the lack of customer service and poor standards of Chinelo products.
Cheliino did respond by denigrating the complainant.
Within 24h the thread was AGAIN deleted by Chelino Admin. But luckily I did manage to take a screen-shot before it was removed.
