I went to return the Chelino car seat today and was refused a refund. Basically the owners of Chelino shouted at me because I had used the car seat (how would I know if it was bad if I didn't use it?), called me a when I showed them the photograph (they insist that I installed it forward facing when I didn't), one of the owners said that that all children's heads must slump forward in a car seat - he refused to put this comment in writing as I requested (really???) and asked me to leave and throw it in the dustbin if I think it is rubbish as they will not consider that there is something wrong with the seat because it is SABS approved. Protect your kids people, think carefully about buying from Chelino - their products are questionable, but their after sales service is downright disgusting. Please share this.
