Whopping 50% increase in insurance

Not only have the SAPO just increased their insurance on parcel post items from an already expensive 2% to a ludicrous 3%, they fail to point out this massive increase to their customers.
We insure parcels to prevent your staff from or plundering parcels, but it appears now that you would prefer parcels not to be insured and to this end you hike the price by 50%. When you consider that you are covering risk for just a matter of a few days, this equals extortion.
