Spa Day - A girls day to relax & be pampered & treated like a queen, right? WRONG! Myself & a group of friends went to enjoy a birthday gift at the Santon Skin & Body Cinic but upon arriving we were rudely told that they have overbooked & we would have to wait an hour before being treated or we could get a voucher and come back. Having made arrangements so that all 4 of us could be available for today & having made arrangements for the kids etc... we questioned why we were not called or informed about this before but Joy was apparently too busy call. Our 1 hour wait turned to 2 hours & no 1 came out to inform us that they were going to be even more late. After asking them what's going on - Joy comes back and tells us that their clients have agreed to shorten their treatment so that they can accommodate us. Seriously! Why would any manager tell us that it's our fault that their clients are shortening their treaten - that was not our problem & neither was the fact that they overbooked! We were told that we are not going to enjoy the treaten becos we are upset & she gave us a refund -what a joke. Horrible attitude, service & business practice. So shocked and appalled by my experience!
