The following mail was sent to Christine on 14/01/14 with no response received. We visited your spa on the 9th January and need to voice my unhappiness. Therapists do not use clean towels after every treatment, totally unacceptable and could seriously cause certain skin diseases to spread quite easily. Sponges from the facial were not sterilised after every facial also the clothes used for the body exfoliation were not sterilised at all. This to me is disgusting and on this point alone I will not be back to your spa. Nothing personnel and unique about your spa. You had a whopping 105 guests in, a bit like herding cattle really. We were a group of 3 ladies and 2 young girls aged 14. Large groups of between 15 to 20 people for every treatment and could not relax at all. You need to seriously consider even putting up divisions between people that have booked as groups to make it at least a little bit more personnel. Our 2 young girls did not experience anything different from us which I think is wrong, you should have specially trained therapists that deal with the teenagers as on quite a few occasions they said afterwards that they had actually been hurt during the treatment.
