I purchased a Groupon voucher in September 2012 mum. Booking was made Nov st. I confirmed the booked with Joy. My mum arrived on time, however when she arrived she was told that she was running late and that Joy needed to collect 2 other people from Sandton. During the course of the treatment (lymphatic massage, my mum's pressure sky rocketed, they didn't care, they continued with the treatments. For the Pedicure and Manicure the therapists had to do it at least 3 times and still the job was pathetic. To put the cherry on the cake, my mom was told that they had to wax her prior to giving her a facial. So they waxed her upper lip. They burnt her so badly that it left her with a moustache. Her entire upper lip was dark brown. We had a huge function that weekend & she didn't attend because of how she looked. She stayed indoors for almost 3 weeks before the skin can back to its natural colour and to date the pigmentation on the upper lip is not the same colour. Anyway I called Joy for a refund which I am still waiting for. I have sent her several sms's which I have, and she confirmed that payment will be made but still nothing has been refunded. This clinic should be closed down.
