Bought a groupon voucher as a gift 4mom-turned out to be a complete waste of time. First off, wrong address on voucher. The so called spa had overbooked clients-treatment started a half hour late only after complaining. None of the staff are adequately trained in massage therapy, they all insist that they trained at mangwanani which is hard to believe. They are dressed in tracksuits-no professional appearance to match lack of skill. I had the back of my neck burned in a hot stone massage.1foot bath to service 5clients 4a pedicure. There were 2ladies (also booked thru groupon) who waited 1.5hours for their massage due to only 2 treatment rooms&7 clients.my advice-dont run any specials on groupon becos I will be advising them of your poor service.also get your staff trained in massage therapy technique becos there are spas who offer better service for less money.if you wish to book in so many clients at a time, extend your premises or else do what your space allows. Mayb also offer clients a cup of tea or H2O in their 3.5hrs at ur half day spa. U have left a bad taste wrt buyn spa vouchers from groupon, was so embarassed& will nw hav2buy an alternate gift after wasting my money with u
