Why is my parcel still at a HUB (Tshwane) after 2 weeks? Can you please move my parcel to the correct Post Office which is Primrose Post Office as soon as possible.
I have had many other parcels from the same country and all were at Primrose Post Office within a week of clearing customs. I don't know why this one is not moving.
