24 hour delivery turning into 48 hours so fa

I had a package sent from Uitenhage post office on Tuesday afternoon.

The speed services track and trace says its still in JHB since wednesday early morning.

i paid for over night counter to counter and its been 2 days.

i need my parcel urgently as they contain my glasses and i need to them to flippen see.

i'm extremely frustrated and annoyed at you people.

the lady at the quagga centre post office is also just as useless and cant help me nor give me any information.

please make it snappy
