On the 6th February 2013 I put an application for my business registration, with clear and precise instructions as to how I want my business registered. I was told it would take 3 weeks for the process, however 5 weeks later I had already contacted the company 4 times following up on my business registration status. Nobody called to inform me of any delays but each time I called there was a new story.
It is now 7 weeks later and I'm sitting with an incorrectly registered business that I can't use for trading. Everybody I dealt with in this company has over promised and NO delivery to date!
I must mention that there is nothing Rapid Business Registration can do that I can't do myself at CIPC I merely wanted to buy convenience through them which I haven't received. They're USELESS and I'm upset that I paid a ridiculous amount of R695 for nothing when I could have paid less than R200! Telling a client one thing and doing the direct opposite constitutes False Advertising and Misrepresentation!
I'm also upset that I now have to wait a further 2 months before my business can trade due to somebodies incompetence!
