Sabc Tv Licence
I don't have a tv and I still get billed

I wish to cancel my tv license as I don't have a tv set
Last year I sent through a letter to cancel and an affidavit to
State I don't have a tv set any more and in our house
The person who does own a tv has a tv license. I
Also still paid last year and now I get an SMS saying that
I need to pay!
I am not sure what more I need to say to these people
As they do everything else except cancel my tv license!
If in the future I wish to buy a tv which I don't have time to
Watch then I will apply for a license!
Please cancel this with immediate effect! It's like
Simple English doesn't work, I took time off work to get
An affidavit and they refuse to cancel! I'm not going through
This long process trying to cancel again this year!
